  Student Spotlight

 6th grader Ethan Gillett.  Ethan always brightens our day! He is very enthusiastic to walk on the track every day after lunch, and he holds the doors for everyone as they leave school in the afternoons! Thanks, Ethan! ~ Ms. Copelli.

5th grader Jose Padilla Acosta. Jose is an outstanding student. I can always count on him to answer questions, get his work done, and make great choices. I can count on Jose to be a leader and good friend. Keep being great! ~ Ms. C.

 Legacy Pizza night for Scribner is Wednesday, May 5th! Support our school PTO by eating pizza for dinner!!

Friday

On Friday, wear your favorite super hero shirt to help celebrate and recognize our cafeteria staff.  They have a special menu planned.

 Theatre

 Next weekend is Scribner Theatre department’s production of “School House Rocks, Jr.”  There will be four shows so stop by and pick up a flyer in the office to order your tickets!! It will be a GREAT show!!

8th GRADERS

 Awards Day

 ATTENTION 8TH-GRADERS: The deadline to submit your baby or childhood photos for the Awards Day video is FRIDAY, MAY 7 — which is less than two weeks away. Please read the email from Ms. London with instructions on how to submit them using the Google Form. If your pictures are not submitted before the deadline, you will not be included.

NAHS Band

 

The New Albany High School Marching Bulldogs is looking for new students to join our Drumline and Color Guard. The marching season begins in late July and ends in mid-October. No experience is needed to join, and we can work around your other extra-curriculars. You can also get a PE credit for participating.

 

If you are interested, come check us out May 4-7th, from 6:30 pm-8:00 pm for our Kick-Off. We will meet in the band room.
