Attention 8th graders! PTO will be in The Commons during lunch to distribute T-shirts and cupcakes. Congratulations on finishing middle school. We are so proud of you!

Please pay attention when you enter the PAC, each section will be assigned to a group. Attendance needs to be done quickly so you can get to your activity.
Those students volunteering to change to a different gaming time, please report to Mrs. Samsel right after announcements this morning.
Mr. Kuhn, Ms. Longnecker and Mrs. Samsel want to say a huge congratulations to Ms. Shafer and the choir students. Wednesday night and Thursday night’s concerts were beautiful. The 8th graders made us cry! Special kudos to the group who did Hamilton’s “my shot”. It was spot on! Great job. Impressive!
Any young lady interested in running cross country for the high school is invited start conditioning next week. Training times will be Monday at 9am and Wednesday at 430 at New Albany Track. See you there. Go Dogs!

Last Day of School
Panther Plus Day — *weather permitting*
SMS and the PTO invite students to enjoy Panther Plus Day on the last day of school.
There will be bounce houses, inflatables, and the popular dunk tank featuring some of your favorite teachers AND Dr. Bush!
A water and a popsicle will be available to each student at no charge.
Kona Ice will also be selling $2, $3, $4, and $5 cups of flavored ice.

Cheer tryouts for any current 5th, 6th, or 7th will be continue today and next Tuesday from 5-7 in the gym.
We still have yearbooks available for purchase in the office for $36.
