Congrats to the Scribner golf team that beat Hazelwood yesterday! Low medalist was Shota Shimomura followed by Abby Reavis, Kennedy Lee, Libby Bogdon, Kaleb Kruer and Alyssa Rummage.  Great job by all!


The Panther track team ran in a meet again last night. The weather was beautiful and the Panthers were FAST. Running well for the boys were Malik Peters, Resean Dickens, Emmanual Frederick, Aaron Lord, Aidan Lord, Amarie DeJesus, O’Ryan Curry, Rylan Schrink, and Tyson Garmon. The girls did a great job competing and running well for the girls were Veronica Miller, Analiese Hickman, Summer Dierking, Keyshanti Hines, Sanaa Comer, Patricia Bouillon, Ellie Dablow, Dakota Minton and Jade Gohl. Our next meet will be Monday at HOME. Again the next track meet is Monday at Scribner. Great job boys and girls!! Coach Stout and Coach Stout



There is FULL CAST Rehearsal for Charlie Brown today after school.


Girls Tennis

The Scribner girl’s tennis team defeated East Washington last night, 3-2. Winning for Scribner was Claire Meyer, Lily Meyer, Maci Crone, Leah Green and Kimberlyn Keller. Great job Ladies! Also, there will be no practice today.


7th and 8th Grade Dance

Attention all 7th and 8th graders: This is a reminder that the HOLLYWOOD dance is this Friday from 6-8:30 p.m. It costs $5 to get in and includes your pizza, drink, and unlimited access to the photo booth. You can bring extra money to buy additional food and drinks. Also, this is a reminder that if you’ve had two or more ISS or one OSS this semester that you are not allowed to attend the dance.


Attention Cheerleaders:  Your uniforms need to be turned into the Athletic Director ASAP.  Please give it to Ms. Walts in the office and make sure she has your name.

SMS Courtyard Volunteer Opportunity:

4pm – 6pm

Scribner Middle School


Mark your calendar for the new work day and time since thunderstorms are likely Saturday morning! Students and parents are invited to help get our beautiful courtyard ready for Spring. We will bring in bags of mulch to spread and fill in with existing mulch as well as trim back any flowers/plants in need to prepare for new growth. Certificates for volunteer/community service hours will be provided to students by request. Please consider giving an hour or two of your time! Bring garden gloves, if you have some!
