Track

Track Track Track = The Panthers boys and girls ran away with a victory yesterday, Running well for the boys were: Jay Johnson, Aaron Ready, Tyyus Redd, Jamari Powell, Bobby Vernia, and Nathaniel Higbie. The girls were very dominant with nice running and super field events, running and throwing well for the Panthers were Olivia Schrink, Ella Higbie, Trinity Hobbs, Beautiful Childs, Daisha Morris, Analiese Hickman and Reese Raymond. All team members were there yesterday and are expected to be at practice today after school. Great job Panthers!!!

Girls Tennis

The Scribner girl’s tennis team defeated Scottsburg last night 3-2. Winning for Scribner was Claire Meyer, Lily Meyer and Maci Crone. The team is currently 4-0 for the season. Great job ladies!

 

NAHS Football Camp

NAHS is holding a football camp in May for grades 6-8. Stop by the office for a flyer.

 

Tech Crew for Drama

All 7th and 8th grade tech crew needs to stay after school on Wednesday April 11.

 

7th and 8th Grade Dance

Attention all 7th and 8th graders: This is a reminder that the HOLLYWOOD dance is this Friday from 6-8:30 p.m. It costs $5 to get in and includes your pizza, drink, and unlimited access to the photo booth. You can bring extra money to buy additional food and drinks. Also, this is a reminder that if you’ve had two or more ISS or one OSS this semester that you are not allowed to attend the dance. Please turn in your RSVP paper to Ms. London or Ms. Hamlin by Thursday if you plan to come.

SMS Courtyard Volunteer Opportunity:

Saturday, April 14th

8:30am-10:30am @

Scribner Middle School

Students and parents are invited to help get our beautiful courtyard ready for Spring. We will bring in bags of mulch to spread and fill in with existing mulch as well as trim back any flowers/plants in need to prepare for new growth. Certificates for volunteer/community service hours will be provided to students by request. Please consider giving an hour or two of your time!
