Special Announcement from Ms. Cook

On Friday, 7-2 held their annual lip sync battle. The teacher team of Mrs. Blaylock, Mrs. Smith, and Ms. Cook won by a landslide! But because they feel bad for dominating the competition and defeating the children, they have decided to pass the winning rights on to someone else. The runner-up and new winner of the 2019 7-2 lip sync battle is Alaina Hutchins, Anna Walton, KiLeigh Jackson, Caylin Walters, Priscilla Byrd, Autumn Gullett, and Lucy Quillo. 7-2 would like to thank the judges – Mrs. Samsel, Mr. White, and Rubi Barbour; the score keeper – Tirth Patel; the videographers – Priscilla Byrd, Murphy Singleton, and Nora Meyer; and the music man – Nate Samsel. A very special thank you to our tech help – Gage Schmidt. All contestants did a great job, and we will celebrate you soon!
