Track

Your Scribner Panther track team was in action last night. The boys and girls ran really well finishing third out of five teams. Sam Tunsil led the boys team winning the 100 meter dash. The relay team of Jordan Roberson, Donye Gordon, Bradley Endris, and Joseph Mullinax ran very well coming in second place. Chris Cosby and William Johnson threw the shot put and discus. The girls team was lead by Laura Andrews. She broke a school record in the 800 meter run by running it in 2 minutes and 34 seconds. Isabella Torres and Brooklynn Brussell also ran well in the sprints. Stephanie Muguercia and Sanaa Comer ran fast for fifth graders and were very competive. The meet today is at River Valley. Great Job, Coach Stout
